A TabTrader alternative

TabTrader shut down on 21 August 2026. If you used it to follow pairs across exchanges, chart them, get price alerts and trade from your phone, DirectTrade does that job, for iPhone and Android.

What happened to TabTrader

TabTrader closed permanently on 21 August 2026, with little notice. Its apps left the stores, and the watchlists, alerts, chart layouts and exchange connections people had set up there went with it. DirectTrade is a separate product and is not affiliated with TabTrader.

How DirectTrade covers what you used

What is different

Moving over

  1. Install DirectTrade and add the pairs you followed to a watchlist. Search covers every pair on all six exchanges.
  2. Create a new API key on each exchange you trade on, with read and trade permissions and no withdrawal access, and add it under Settings → Exchanges. The app walks through each exchange's steps. A key you made for TabTrader may still be active on the exchange; revoke it there once you no longer need it.
  3. Set your price alerts again from the chart or the Alerts tab.

TabTrader's data cannot be imported, since it no longer exists anywhere. Questions about switching go to support@directtrade.app.
